Admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2001, Attorney Anderson is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court of the District of Colorado and in the 10th Circuit of the U.S. Supreme Court. He also received a Certificate of Good Standing from the clerk of the Supreme Court of the State of Colorado.
Attorney Anderson is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Boulder County Bar Association and Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. He earned the "Advocate Diploma" with the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Attorney Anderson is one of the few attorneys in Boulder to graduate from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
Attorney Anderson gained significant insurance experience as a Claims Manager II, with Wausau/ Liberty Mutual Insurance located in Belmont, Massachusetts. He negotiated settlements with opposing attorneys relating to claims for the Commonwealths of Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Directed defense counsel on litigation matters for Department of Industrial Accidents conciliations and hearings. Controlled comprehensive discovery investigations utilizing surveillance, labor market surveys, independent medical examinations, in-house doctors, and private investigators.
Attorney Anderson's background consists of a strong working knowledge of municipality law as he interned with the City of Boston Law Department. He composed and answered Freedom of Information Act requests, requests for admissions, interrogatories, and production of documents for Massachusetts General Laws chapter 258 & 84, as well as criminal, civil and tax title cases.
Working for the eighth largest law firm in Boston provided perspective on cmplex litigation. While a law clerk with Morrison, Mahoney & Miller, Attorney Anderson researched products liability, toxic tort, environmental law and emerging business case law. Composed memos of law assessing the discovery of facts, evaluated strategies of opposing counsel, developed litigation/discovery tactics and analyzed trial exhibits.
